Whitney is a certified Trauma Informed Teaching Artist who focuses on actor empowerment. I help actors prepare with both technical excellence and professional empowerment skills. I’m passionate about teaching students how to stay grounded under pressure, advocate for their artistic choices, and navigate the high pressure situations they’ll encounter in audition rooms and training programs. My approach ensures students don’t just get into programs; they’re prepared to thrive once they’re there.

She is also a certified Trauma Informed Pilates Instructor.
