Taylor is a New York-based theatre, television, and film actress. She hails from St. Petersburg, Florida.

Taylor’s theatrical highlights include Polly Baker in Crazy for You (Ogunquit Playhouse / Music Theatre Wichita), Cynthia Weil in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Ogunquit Playhouse / Tuacahn Center for the Arts), Liesl von Trapp in The Sound of Music (A.D. Players), and, most recently, Nellie Forbush in South Pacific (The Engeman Playhouse), directed by Hunter Foster. Taylor also works on camera, with credits including Law & Order (NBC), Grace (an upcoming feature covered in Variety), and another feature film soon to be announced.

Taylor has been coaching young performers for nearly a decade, and is passionate about storytelling above all else—even (and especially) in the audition room. By giving young artists real tools to tap into their imagination, connect with their bodies, and sharpen their musical theatre skillset, Taylor helps her students create audition material that is singular to the individual, fun to perform, and evergreen.
