A Philly native, Sara is a North Jersey-based creative and proud graduate of The Boston Conservatory.
As a performer, Sara is currently performing in the off-Broadway hit Titanique and has performed on Broadway & the 1st National Tour of 1776 under the direction of Diane Paulus.
Sara has worked regionally at theatres such as The MUNY, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Ogunquit Playhouse, Theatre Under the Stars, Walnut Street Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, The Fulton, & more. On-screen, you can watch Sara in Hallmark’s A Holiday Spectacualar as Sophia performing alongside the Radio City Rockettes & Anne Margaret.
Sara began her training in ballet, studying the Vaganova method under Nadia Pavlenko. She then danced competitively in all forms of dance and studied at various studios, The Rock School West & conventions across the tri-state area. Sara was awarded a Pennsylvania Thespian Performance scholarship in high school and trained at The Boston Conservatory under Michelle Chasse with an emphasis in dance. Sara has been teaching dance for over 10 years and choreographs for high schools, competitive dance, and teaches masterclasses.
Sara loves to work with the next generation of artists and strives to bring the best out of every student while also reminding them that what we do is a gift and full of joy! Cannot wait to dance with you! @sarajgallo
