Marisa Moenho is a Los Angeles based actor, singer, and writer. She holds a BA in Theatre from UCLA with a concentration in musical theatre.
At UCLA, she was a soloist and co-lyricist for the world premiere of “Dear Freedom Rider” in the Music and Justice concert series, and performed in university’s first live theatre production to incorporate augmented reality (AR) technology, for which she also contributed writing and original music.
Marisa’s most recent regional work includes the world premiere of Pasek & Paul’s musical adaptation of Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile (Pasadena Playhouse), Into the Woods (Musical Theatre West), and Frozen (La Mirada Theatre). Other credits include The Light in the Piazza (California Center for the Arts, Escondido), Memphis (Moonlight Amphitheater), 42nd Street (Musical Theatre West), Little Shop of Horrors (Solvang Theatre Festival), Hairspray (San Diego Musical Theatre).
Marisa is a two-time Jimmy Award finalist and recipient of the Lucie Arnaz Award for Best Actress.
