LaQuet Sharnell Pringle began training in Dallas, Texas, studying contemporary dance and theater. Their professional credits include Broadway and National Tour appearances in Mrs. Doubtfire The Musical, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Lysistrata Jones, Memphis The Musical, The Lion King, and Sweet Charity. Off-Broadway credits include The Life, Make Mine Manhattan, and Avenue Q. Regional theatre work features Aida (Workshop), Flashdance, Candide, The Wiz, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Princess: A New Musical, Chicago, Footloose, Nights on Broadway III, Shrek the Musical (New York Workshop), Jawbreaker The Musical, Caty Bridgewater: A Musical, The Submission, Closer, and The Dead Guy.

Television and film credits include I.F., Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix), As the World Turns, Step Up 3D (Summit Entertainment, 2010), Devoted, and Sylvia Plath Project. Their choreography has been featured in Hair The Musical, The Addams Family, Mixtape The Musical, Texas Musical Theater Workshop, Bruce Wood Dance Project, Houston MET, and the short films Food Like Love and Sylvia Plath Project.

LaQuet has served on the faculty at AMDA Conservatory, New York Film Academy, and Texas State University. They continue to share their expertise as a performer, choreographer, and educator.
