Juliane Godfrey is a Broadway performer and arts educator dedicated to making Art + Heart. She made her Broadway debut as Dance Captain and Swing in SpongeBob the Musical (Broadway) and has toured nationally in the First National Tours of Beetlejuice, My Fair Lady, and Something Rotten!.
Regionally, her credits include Goodspeed Opera House (dir. Dame Julie Andrews), Center Theatre Group (Los Angeles), Paper Mill Playhouse (Millburn, NJ), Arena Stage (Washington, D.C.), The Muny (St. Louis), California Music Circus (Sacramento), and others. Her solo show I Won’t Dance (Don’t Make Me Sing) premiered in Colorado, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area.
As a master class instructor, dance teacher, and choreographer, Juliane has worked with hundreds of students across more than 20 performing arts organizations. She is currently developing a “Rap & Tap” curriculum that combines poetry and percussion to emphasize storytelling through both voice and movement.
