Jennifer Bennett is an accomplished singer, actress, and educator. She has always had a passion for musical theatre and began performing at the age of 5. Jennifer holds a B.M. in Vocal Performance from the University of Southern California, Thornton School of Music and a M.M. in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory. Jennifer has also studied acting at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England, musical theatre at NYU’s CAP 21, and opera at OperaWorks in California. As a soloist, Jennifer has performed at Boston’s Symphony Hall, Birdland, Laurie Beechman Theatre, Great Waters Music Festival, New Hampshire Dance Institute, Rockwell Table & Stage, Catalina Jazz Club, among others. Jennifer traveled the world in the International Tour of CATS as Jennyanydots and the understudy for Grizabella. Some of her favorite regional credits include: The Marvelous Wonderettes, MOMologues: the Musical, Light in the Piazza, and Sunday in the Park with George. Jennifer is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association, NATS, and Musical Theatre Guild. In addition to being a performer, Jennifer has over two decades of teaching and coaching experience. She enjoys helping students become storytellers and guides them in finding their unique voice within all styles of music. She has been on the Musical Theatre faculty at AMDA in LA since 2017. Prior to AMDA, Jennifer was on faculty at Relativity School. She is an adjudicator for Musical Theatre Competitions of America and also maintains a private voice studio. www.jennifer-bennett.net
