Ellen Lettrich is the Founder of MTCA and the Founder and current Director of Education of The Fund for College Auditions (TFCA), a fiscally-sponsored nonprofit that supports passionate and gifted young theatre artists throughout their college audition processes. Ellen has been a theatre educator focusing on the college audition process since 1999. She is also a voice-specialized speech pathologist and in this role has been Assistant Vocal Coach for Matilda on Broadway and Vocal Coach for Hand to God both on Broadway and off as well as a voice consultant on many other Broadway and off-Broadway productions. After working as a medical voice therapist at both the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Voice Center and NY Presbyterian/Weill Cornell , she now has a private practice, The VoiceVerse, where she specializes in comprehensive, evidence-based speaking and singing voice habilitation and rehabilitation with adolescents and pre-adolescents. She loves her continued work with MTCA as a vocal health consultant, vocal assessor, in-person vocal technique coach for Richmond, VA area students,  and resident Coaching Team Grandma!
