Courtney is originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, a proud graduate of Penn State University’s B.F.A. Musical Theatre Program, and an MTCA alum! Courtney grew up studying all styles of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, modern, contemporary, and now resides in New York City. Courtney is currently a vacation swing in Just in Time on Broadway, and has toured internationally in Christopher Wheeldon’s An American in Paris. She has also performed regionally at The Muny, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, The REV, Fulton Theatre, Riverside Theatre, Gateway Playhouse, and Woodstock Playhouse. Courtney has experience working as a dance captain and collaborating with a wide range of choreographers. In addition to her theatre experience, she has 15+ years of pointe experience and has performed in numerous ballets in Arizona. One of her favorite ballet credits includes Nightmare Karen in The Red Shoes. Courtney is eager to share her knowledge as an active performing artist in this industry and is honored to be a part of the MTCA dance coach team!
