Carrie Lyn Brandon is a New York City–based voice teacher, actor, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and audition coach originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a certificate in vocal pedagogy from The Institute for Vocal Advancement and regularly participates in vocal pedagogy and musical theatre conferences to stay current in her field.
As an actor, Carrie toured nationally with Once the Musical (Girl Cover) and A Charlie Brown Christmas (Patty) (National Tours). Her regional theatre credits include leading roles at North Carolina Theatre (Charlotte), Sharon Playhouse (Sharon, CT), Florida Studio Theatre (Sarasota), Lake Dillon Theatre Company (Silverthorne, CO), and The Oregon Cabaret Theatre (Portland), among others.
In addition to theatre, Carrie has performed on cruise ships, sung with symphonies, recorded CDs, headlined singer-songwriter shows, and performed with jazz, rock, and folk bands. A multi-instrumentalist, she plays guitar, mandolin, piano, accordion, ukulele, autoharp, and more. Carrie is dedicated to helping students discover and strengthen their authentic voices.
