Beth DeMichele

BA in Theatre Performance and Speech, Wagner College
She/Her
AEA

Beth hails from Bucks County, PA, and proudly works as a tri-state artist in Philly, NJ, and NYC as an AEA actor, singer, voice teacher, and small-business owner.

Since receiving her BA in Theater Performance and Speech at Wagner College, Beth has starred in productions Off- Broadway: Do Re Mi (Tilda), Pete the Cat (Olive), and across the country in shows such as: The Drowsy Chaperone (Janet), The Marvelous Wonderettes (Betty Jean), 42nd St. (Peggy Sawyer), and The Boy Friend (Polly). Beth frequently participates in the developmental process of many musicals, where she’s worked closely with Tony Award-winning composer Will Aronson. And if you may have seen her in several commercial spots for household names like Sunoco and Velcro.

She’s worked as an arts educator for over a decade at organizations like 92NY, Bristol Riverside Theater, and Four Corners Creative, and has served as the associate voice teacher at Kim Stern Voice Studio for the last 6 years. She is now the owner of Beth DeMichele Voice, and holds a Level 2 Certification from Andrew Bryne’s program, The Singing Athlete: practical applied neuroscience for the voice.
Beth’s students can be found on Broadway and National Tours in iconic shows such as The Lion King, Wicked, and Moulin Rouge.

Beth is also the founder of 10 Minutes a Day Club: an accountability and habit-building community for creatives, where she helps artists turn their passions into progress using science-backed tools to improve self-direction, time management, routine-building, and other under-taught skills required of creative professionals.

No matter what hat Beth wears, she’s here to help artists and audiences find more joy in their journey. Beth meets every student where they are with warmth, curiosity…and a massive toolkit– for vocal production of course, but also, storytelling, habit-building, goal-setting, confidence, mental/physical/vocal health, and so much more… because a singer’s instrument is not just the vocal cords, it’s our entire body, brain, breath, heart, habits, soul, and story.

When Beth isn’t performing or teaching, she’ll be found watching a Tina Fey sitcom or Marvel movie with her husband Tom, hanging with her 5 incredible nephews and nieces, or indulging in her hobby d’jour: gardening, knitting, blogging, learning to play mandolin, or paddleboarding.
