Baize is a New York-based actress and coach. She made her Broadway debut as an original cast member of Aaron Sorkin’s To Kill a Mockingbird (Broadway) and later appeared as Scout Finch opposite Greg Kinnear’s Atticus Finch in the same production. Her Chicago theatre credits include work with Steppenwolf Theatre Company (Chicago, IL), Victory Gardens Theater (Chicago, IL), and Jackalope Theatre. Off-Broadway and regional theatre appearances include productions, workshops, and readings with Page 73 (New York, NY), Arena Stage (Washington, D.C.), New York Stage and Film (New York, NY), Fake Friends, and Yale Repertory Theatre (New Haven, CT).

On screen, Baize’s credits include the starring role in Our Father (SXSW Narrative Competition selection), Being the Ricardos (Amazon Studios, 2021), NBC’s Chicago Fire, the independent feature Nobody’s Home, and Your Friends and Neighbors (Apple TV+).

Baize is a dedicated volunteer with Experience Camps, a free week-long summer camp for children grieving the loss of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver.
