Angie Janas is a New York-based actress and teaching artist originally from Lino Lakes, MN. Her Off-Broadway credits include Hamlet, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Macbeth, and A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court (The Acting Company), as well as Stuffed (Westside Theatre).

Regional theatre highlights include Sense and Sensibility, Murder on the Orient Express, The Play That Goes Wrong, and Pride and Prejudice (BroadwayWorld Best Actress in a Play Award) at Syracuse Stage; The Glass Menagerie (Barrington Stage Company); The Lion in Winter (Repertory Theatre of St. Louis); Romeo and Juliet, Love’s Labor’s Lost, The Three Musketeers, and King Lear (Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival); In Game or Real and The Winter’s Tale (Guthrie Theater); and Noises Off, Steel Magnolias, The Revolutionists, and The Merchant of Venice (Gulfshore Playhouse).

In addition to her acting work, Janas has taught Shakespeare for the Chappaqua Summer Scholarship Program since 2019.
