Allison Spratt Pearce is an accomplished actress, voiceover artist, and performance coach based in San Diego, California. With a career spanning Broadway, regional theatre, television, film, and national commercial campaigns, she brings a deep well of professional experience and versatility to her work both on stage and behind the scenes. Allison also currently serves as the NBC station host for NBC San Diego, where she appears regularly as an on-camera personality and lifestyle correspondent.
Her Broadway credits include Curtains, Good Vibrations, and Cry-Baby, among others. Regionally, she has performed at The Old Globe, La Jolla Playhouse, North Coast Repertory Theatre, and Cygnet Theatre (San Diego), taking on a wide range of roles in both musical theatre and classical drama. Her screen credits include television appearances on All My Children (ABC) and The Good Wife (CBS), as well as multiple independent films.
As a coach, Allison has worked with MTCA since 2012, mentoring students in acting, voice, and audition technique. Her coaching also extends to the corporate world, where she is a lead speaker coach for major clients including Google, AWS, YouTube, and other Fortune 500 companies—training executives in communication, presence, and public speaking.
